Helen joined Equinox in 2007, rising through the ranks and spending two years growing the agency’s integrated communications offer as associate director before being appointed to managing director in September 2018.
A Welsh language speaker and Cardiff University journalism graduate, Helen is an expert in social media marketing and integrated communications having led multiple award-winning campaigns for high-profile clients including STAEDTLER and Welsh Government.
In her role as MD, Helen oversees Equinox’s impressive portfolio of clients and is responsible for leading the agency’s business growth plan.
Helen promotes excellence in the marketing industry through her voluntary role as a CIM Wales Board member, where she manages the Institute’s PR and social media activity.
In her spare time she loves travelling to new, Instagrammable places with her husband Ollie, listening to country music, and drinking rosé from Provence.
