Eryl established Equinox in 1996 and has steered it to become one of the leading and most-respected independent communications companies in Wales.
A first language Welsh speaker, he has been involved in the communications sector for more than thirty years and is a strategic management consultant with expertise in managing the reputations of high profile organisations.
He was PR Manager for the RAC and director of public affairs for the British Railways Board in Wales and southern England before establishing Equinox in 1996.
Eryl is the chairman of Menter Caerdydd, the body responsible for promoting and expanding the use of the Welsh language in business and within the community in the capital city. He is also on Welsh Cycling’s Board of Directors.
In his spare time he enjoys sport, in particular rugby and running, and often takes part in 10k runs, half and full marathons.
