Caroline is a CIPR accredited practitioner and graduate of Cardiff University's internationally recognised school of journalism with over a decade of agency experience planning and delivering impactful and award-winning campaigns across the public, private and third sectors.

With specialisms in B2B, behaviour change and targeting harder-to-reach audiences, Caroline brings an insight-driven and highly strategic approach to the Equinox team, using thorough research and behavioural science to get the right messaging to the right people, at the right time - every time.
Caroline has a passion for writing and is always up for taking on a new challenge. From social posts to brochures, press releases to thought leadership and anything in between, no brief is too big or small. She combines a talent for creative storytelling with a keen eye for detail to craft engaging copy with genuine cut-through.
When she's not curled up with a book and her black cat, Elvis, you'll find Caroline watching almost any kind of live music (she can't dance, but she'll give it a good go), trying out new recipes or in a beer garden with a pint of Neck Oil and a pack of Scampi Fries.
