Carmarthen native and fluent Welsh speaker, Beca joined Equinox in 2026 as a Social Content Creator – a brand-new role for the agency. She specialises in crafting engaging, platform-specific content that connects with audiences, combining creativity with strategic thinking to help clients stand out and tell their stories in a way that resonates.
Beca holds a Master’s in Broadcast Journalism from Cardiff University and has gained valuable industry experience through placements with Hay Academy (in partnership with TikTok), as well as the BBC and ITV. These experiences have equipped her with a broad range of transferable skills, from storytelling to audience engagement, which she brings to her work at Equinox.
Outside of work, Beca enjoys staying active, having played netball from a young age and more recently taking up yoga, Pilates and spin. She’s always on the lookout for new food spots, planning weekend adventures, or heading to live music gigs and festivals. And, true to her west Wales roots, she’s happiest by the sea.
